What we do is built on trust. Here’s a bit more about me.
I have always been curious about human behavior and why we do the things we do. That interest led me to an M.S. in Counseling/Educational Psychology. I have continued to learn and grow my whole life and have been coaching - starting in the non-profit sector and more recently in the business and healthcare industry, for the last 7 years. I have worked with men and women of all ages, including doctors, CPAs, healthcare executives, stay-at-home moms, teachers, real estate appraisers, pastors, and their spouses, and others in ministry-related jobs. I consider it an honor and privilege to be let into another persons interior world. I believe wholeheartedly that change is possible and feel energized and passionate when I am helping others on their journey. I have had several great coaches in my lifetime and the work I have done alongside them has changed the trajectory of my life. I have been married for 32 years and have three adult children.
I take very seriously my own personal transformation and growth, knowing I cannot help/lead others beyond my own level of emotional maturity. My ongoing work continues in my marriage, my relationships with my adult children and their spouses as well as relationships within my family of origin – my mom and my four siblings. I have a coach I meet with on a regular basis and have several other individuals who can provide coaching for me in other areas of my life.
